For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where a product was received in a damaged condition and was verified and authorized by www.kansyabronze.com

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions, Cash Refunds are not allowed since we cannot get to deliver cash through couriers. We provide store credit to the product value which you can use against future purchase. The Coupon code will be generated and provided to you post the product reaches the facility.

Shipping cost (which www.kansyabronze.com will incur for both ways) will be deducted in the following cases:
● Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format
● After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company
● Package refused by recipient

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

● Products returned in a used
● Application for refund is not placed within 48 hours of order delivered.
● Product returned is not in its original packaging and condition
● Products arrived to www.kansyabronze.com office in damaged condition when customer opts to courier by themselves
● Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check

Most of the banks take 10-12 days to process the refund request.
